My spouse and children suggests I are afflicted by OCD…OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DEHYDRATING LOLOL…I dehydrate Pretty much all the things….somethings I wouldn't waste my time/energy executing all over again….but all in all….I test every thing…also have a vac sealer but love to retailer alot of my bounty in 1/2 gallon mason canning jars….
